Some people think a kid that is 10 years of age is to young to have a cell phone. If you are one to think this, then you my friend are soon to be a minority of people thinking that. Study found that more then 50 percent of kids 8 to 12 years old will have their own cell phones by 2010. A different study claimed that by the end of this year almost half of kids between 12 and 13 will have a cell phone as well as one third of those children ages 10 or 11.
