Cingular and AT&T are offering something they call GoPhones. There is no credit check, no contract, no hassle. They give their customers two options. One they can pick a plan and pay a monthly charge that gets taken out of a bank account each month. It doesn’t allow users to go over their minutes. Then they have one where the user puts money on their account and as they use their phone it deducts money out of their account. Then they can just put money in when they need it. Very simple and convenient.
