Driving while on the phone is very common these days. However it is very controversial. Some jurisdictions have banned motorist from using the phone while driving. Some places allow a headset to be used so that its hands free talking. While using a hands free method it still can be a distraction. A phone conversation on it’s own can cause distractions enough to cause an accident.
