Dell computers are advancing while I see them still not working as well as they should be. Not even a year after I bought my dell laptop the fan went out and kept causing my computer to shut off, causing everything to go wrong and had to have a computer tech fix it. Then not even 2 years later everything was working fine had no problems, not even one complaint. Well just recently my hard drive crashed for no reason. I was still under warranty so they replaced it for me. Through the internet a technician reinstalled everything after I installed the operating system. Things were working fine for a few days then I couldn’t use the internet even though it showed it was connected. It took a three-hour phone call to have them tell me I have to uninstall the anti-virus product. The very next morning my computer keeps shutting itself off. I talk to a supervisor, they tell me now it could be a bug that got into my computer from going online, which I was never told to get new software, or not to go online by the fist person. He made it sound like I couldn’t use that kind of software. It also runs like it is 50 years old. It has nothing on it and a new hard drive and it is awful. I will never buy anything from Dell ever again.
