With almost everyone in most countries have cell phones. Most people do not have proper cell phone manners. People walk in to public places and places of business and don’t pay attention to what they are doing. Many come of as being rude. A few simple things to do that will teach you to have manners while using your cell phone. Take the phone call out side. Once finished with the call then go in. Be sure to be courteous to the person trying to help you in any circumstances. If talking in a public place use inside voices.
